Order Confirmation & Policy Updates
Once an order is confirmed, certain policies may change based on the nature of the product and order status. Digital/downloadable products, perishable goods, and personalized/customized items are non-refundable once the order is processed.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@store.mallumarket.in with images of the damaged product.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

If an order is canceled after processing, only a partial refund may be granted.

Digital/downloadable items and customized orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
Gifts & Store Credits
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the returned item.
Shipping Returns
