Order Confirmation & Policy Updates

Once an order is confirmed, certain policies may change based on the nature of the product and order status. Digital/downloadable products, perishable goods, and personalized/customized items are non-refundable once the order is processed.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • The product should not be a perishable, customized, or digital/downloadable item.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food items, edible decorations, etc.)

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Health and hygiene-related items (e.g., masks, beauty products)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the refund is delayed, we advise checking with your bank or payment provider first before contacting us.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@store.mallumarket.in with images of the damaged product.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

  • If an order is canceled after processing, only a partial refund may be granted.

  • Digital/downloadable items and customized orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

Gifts & Store Credits

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the returned item.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
